I may need to leave at 7. I recommend bidirectional group rapid transit monorail, above the median, made with Bosch Captive Column structural system, possibly in basalt composite. Powers Design International has stored tooling for 30-passenger, 30-foot long, streamlined pods which weigh under 10,000 pounds with all running gear, seats, windows, etc., using phenolic honeycomb construction. Powers built a quarter-scale working model of the system. I spent 10 years working with Lawrence R. Bosch, and am a friend of Ron Powers.
