Bayshore Multi-Modal Station Workshop

Tonight, the City of San Francisco is hosting a workshop on creating a “multi-modal facility” that could bring together Caltrain, Geneva BRT, bus and bike connections – serving the major developments going in near the Bayshore Caltrain station.

Also tonight, Mountain View City Council will review a proposed development with up to 605 apartment buildings at 400 San Antonio Road the former Dittmer’s site in the San Antonio Station area.    The developer (Prometheus) is asking for housing density bonus, creating 40-50 affordable units on the site. The City is negotiating with the developer about how much below market rate housing to include.   The buildings will be 5-7 stories, with the taller building the same height as a newer development across the street.
