Today, Google is disclosing its land use plans for the Diridon area at a Station Area Advisory Group meeting at San Jose City Hall Council Chambers. Google’s presentation will be repeated at an open house on Saturday.
Everyone interested in a Diridon Station design that will support great transit connections should pay attention to how and whether the Google land use plans affect the station design options and connection opportunities.
The two main agenda items at tonight’s Station Area Advisory Group meeting are:
1. Update on the Citywide Anti-Displacement Strategy
2. Presentation from Google on their conceptual mixed-use framework
